Terms & Conditions – Quick Quell

Welcome to Quick Quell (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading, installing, or using the Quick Quell application (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

 

By accessing or using Quick Quell, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions, as well as our Privacy Policy.

 

2. Description of the Service

 

Quick Quell is a food delivery service that enables users to:

 

  • Browse restaurants and menus

  • Place food orders

  • Track delivery status

  • Receive customer support

 

We act as an intermediary between users, restaurants, and delivery partners.

 

3. Eligibility

 

To use the App, you must:

 

  • Be at least 13 years old

  • Provide accurate and truthful information

  • Have the legal authority to enter into this agreement

 

If you are under applicable legal age, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or guardian.

 

4. User Account

 

You may be required to create an account. You agree to:

 

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Provide accurate, complete, and updated information

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

 

You are responsible for all activities conducted through your account.

 

5. Orders and Payments

 

When placing an order through Quick Quell:

 

  • The price, delivery fees, and taxes will be shown before checkout

  • Orders cannot always be canceled once accepted by the restaurant

  • Payment must be completed using the methods available in the App

  • Quick Quell is not responsible for restaurant pricing changes or availability

 

We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of suspected fraud or incorrect information.

 

6. Delivery

 

Delivery is performed by:

 

  • Independent delivery partners

  • Restaurant delivery services

 

We strive to deliver orders within estimated timeframes, but delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or high demand.

We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

 

7. User Responsibilities

 

You agree NOT to:

 

  • Misuse the App or its services

  • Provide false or misleading information

  • Engage in fraudulent activity

  • Attempt to harm, disable, or disrupt the App

  • Use the App for any illegal purpose

 

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of your account.

 

8. Restaurant and Menu Information

 

Restaurant menus, prices, photos, and descriptions are provided by the restaurants.

Quick Quell is not responsible for:

 

  • Incorrect menu information

  • Food quality or preparation

  • Allergens or dietary risks

 

Direct complaints regarding food quality should be addressed to the restaurant.

 

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

 

Refunds may be granted in cases such as:

 

  • Order not delivered

  • Incorrect order

  • Severe food quality issues

 

Refund eligibility is determined by Quick Quell and/or the restaurant.

Not all orders are eligible for cancellation once preparation starts.

 

10. Promotions and Discounts

 

From time to time, we may offer:

 

  • Promo codes

  • Discounts

  • Special offers

 

These may be limited, non-transferable, and subject to expiration.

Misuse of promotions may lead to account termination.

 

11. Intellectual Property

 

All content in Quick Quell, including:

 

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Graphics

  • App features

  • Software

 

is owned by Quick Quell and protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the App without permission.

 

12. Third-Party Services

 

The App may contain links to third-party websites or integrate with third-party services (e.g., payment processors).

We do not control these services and are not responsible for:

 

  • Their content

  • Their actions

  • Their privacy practices

 

You use third-party services at your own risk.

 

 

13. Limitation of Liability

 

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Quick Quell is not liable for:

 

  • Delayed deliveries

  • Incorrect or damaged food

  • Technical issues

  • Loss or unauthorized access to user data

  • Any damages arising from use of the App

 

You use Quick Qell “as-is” and “as available.”

 

 

14. Indemnification

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Quick Quell from any claims or damages arising from:

 

  • Your use of the App

  • Your violation of these Terms

  • Your interaction with restaurants or delivery partners

 

15. Service Modifications

 

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without prior notice.

 

16. Termination

 

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Quick Quell if:

 

  • You violate these Terms

  • You engage in fraudulent or harmful activity

  • You misuse the service

 

Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

 

17. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Denmark.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Copenhagen, Denmark.

 

18. Changes to Terms & Conditions

We may update these Terms from time to time.

We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of the App signifies acceptance of the updated Terms.
